Carolann is the founder and CEO of Organization INK, Inc. She started the company in 2014 when she realized that that there was a strong need, beyond bookkeeping, for other services such as HR and operational support that were not readily available to small businesses. Carolann has a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, her MBA with an accounting focus, and has held a senior level Human Resource Certification; She considers herself to be an avid lifelong learner and she takes great pride in encouraging and supporting all Organization INK team members to achieve their true potential through mentoring and formal training opportunities. She believes in giving back to the communities in which we live; employees choose a charity that speaks to them, and an ongoing monthly donation from Organization INK is made on their behalf. Carolann lives in the beautiful Berkshires with her husband Glenn and their two dogs and two cats.
John Schnyder

John is responsible for business development for Organization INK. John holds degrees in mechanical engineering and an MBA (Finance and Management). He enjoys entrepreneurship and the process of growing companies and volunteers as a mentor, board member, and trainer for several entrepreneur organizations in CT and MA. He has worked for a number of startups (mostly technology) as well as for nonprofits and government. When he has time, he takes hands-on classes with his family and is always willing to converse about things to do and see in the world.

Sarah is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and expects to be a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) soon. She has a background in business and psychology and has a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Outside of Organization INK, Sarah enjoys volunteering, being crafty, reading, and exploring her New England with her family.

Theresa is our go to for new client clean up, accounting package conversions and application integrations as well as account maintenance. She has worked in RI and CT as a bookkeeper, accountant, and controller for a number of industries including: animal medical, real estate, unions, restaurants, retail, real estate development (historic restorations, spec homes, condominiums, construction), manufacturing, toy development, educational video games, import, insurance, and others. Theresa has installed and configured many different accounting software, including Real World, Peachtree (now Sage), and Macola Software. Theresa’s hobbies have included ski instructing, auto sports, 4H, and has held local and regional positions with the United States Pony Club. Current interests are supporting local farming and agriculture, weekends in New Hampshire and frequent visits with her family in Brooklyn and Delaware county NY.
Gabby Johnson

Gabby has an Associates of Sciences in Accounting and graduated summa cum laude. She is a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor and loves to learn. She especially enjoys working with non-profit organizations as well as supporting local contractors. Her experience includes working in automotive, fitness, nutrition, and animal welfare. Outside of Organization INK, Gabby enjoys snowboarding, hiking, reading, and crocheting.

Her industry experience includes construction, retail, oil and gas refineries, and other industries. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, learning about American history and science, and watching her children experience things for the first time.

In addition to her 25 years of bookkeeping experience supporting a wide variety of small businesses, Nancy worked as a graphic designer, a copy editor, a computer instructor/trainer, and a librarian/library manager.
Elisa Vasquez

Elisa feels fortunate to have been born on a small island in the Caribbean, where she grew up in a nurturing community and earned a degree in accounting. Several years ago, she and her family emigrated to the United States, which presented significant challenges, particularly due to the language barrier. Initially, she struggled to find her footing, prompting her to enroll in English classes to improve her communication skills, becoming bilingual in English and Spanish. Although she had a strong foundation in accounting and finance, she returned to college a few years later to attain an MBA. She is currently dedicated to obtaining her CPA accreditation.

Alyssa is a skilled Senior Accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bay Path University. She brings experience working with restaurants, salons, cannabis enterprises, and small businesses. Alyssa is known for her process-oriented approach, always striving to find the most efficient solutions. She has a knack for integrating various software systems to create seamless workflows tailored to your needs. Fun fact: Alyssa was a trained dancer before becoming an accountant. She still enjoys taking dance classes to stay active and keep moving.
